these little beauties are from M&S.
pink icing with pink glitter and a massive hit of strawberry on top of a bite sized little bit of vanilla sponge.
yummy and lethal. they are so small you can trick yourself in to thinking it is ok to eat more than one or two…
erm – so this is my 5th cupcake post in 8 days…
anyway, i found these mini fudge chunks and created a recipe around them.
i took basic vanilla cupcakes and swapped the caster sugar for brown sugar. the icing is buttercream (no cream cheese) with extra vanilla. it gave a lovely dark caramel-ly sponge.
we made these mini vanilla cupcakes yesterday to help celebrate my little sister’s 4th birthday.
they were eaten in about 1 minute flat at the party this morning. I don’t think many people spotted how well we decorated them but they were very pretty.
