What can I say about this one? I always loved baking. I like cupcakes even more.
It’s something about them being fun to make, so good to look at and so easy to adapt. And delicious too.
I have 20 (and counting) posts about cupcakes on my blog and 14 about baking. There are really only three tricks for making good cakes:
- Use an electric mixer
- Beat the cake batter until shiny
- Beat the icing until it’s light and fluffy
Worth a mention here are two friends of mine who make me feel less bad about my obsession. They spend way more time than me perfecting their skills and are very talented.
