there’s something about the kind of music that is coming out at the moment that has me hooked… the blending of strong female vocals and dubstep style base is amazing.
really good current examples are ‘florence + the machine – you got the love (xx remix)’ and ‘la roux – quicksand (boy-8 bit remix)’. My current favourite is ‘ellie goulding – starry eyed (jakwob remix)’. Check out her other stuff on myspace.
