This is the video for Cassius ‘I <3 U So’ which was released a while back on their Rawkers EP. It’s getting a remix by Skream and a re-release as a single on Valentines day.
I’ve been listening to Cassius a lot lately and it’s reminded me just how much I like the Ed Banger sound. The Paris based label formed in 2002 and has Cassius, Uffie, Justice and Breakbot under their wing.
Their special blend of disco, house and electro scores a lot of points with me. A night out in Paris might be on the cards… Anyone want to join?
This new track from Breakage is set for release on 27th February. It features the vocals of Jess Mills.
I can’t decide whether I like the video, maybe a little too clichéd late 90s dance for me, but I’m definitely loving the tune.
