I seem to have a lot to say for myself lately – I keep adding to my list of things to look forward to! This is definitely another.

So apparently this movie has an atrocious plot line. this seems plausible given there is nothing anyone could describe as a story in the trailer.

But that is totally missing the point because the reason I used to watch was the fashion.

And, it looks like I won’t be disappointed. This picture has me tingling in anticipation already and we still have three months until it’s released over here.

I am all excited about this film and feel like I’ve been waiting for it to come out for ever!

I loved the original disney cartoon and the Lewis Carrol novels. I am really looking forward to seeing Tim Burton’s interpretation.

Imax 3D tickets booked already!

uffie is a female rapper and vocalist signed to ed banger records.

i love this video for ‘pop the glock’ – the animation is beautiful – and have been listening to her as yet unreleased ‘mcs can kiss’.

her album, ‘Sex Dreams and Denim Jeans’ drops on 14th february 2010.

turning japanese

i was down at the tate modern yesterday to see the pop life exhibition and despite all the controversial work that is in the show, the thing that caught my attention the most was takashi murakami’s new video work.

it called "Akihabara Majokko Princess" and is directed by McG. it stars kirsten dunst as this princess and features her performing to the Vapors’ "Turning Japanese" on the streets of Tokyo.

the full film is not publicly available yet but is at tate modern until january….. I will post it once it’s released.
