red velvet
I’ve been doing pretty good with visiting cupcake bakeries this week.
I was wandering through soho earlier on the way to cocktails and passed the hummingbird bakery on wardour street.
I couldn’t walk past without going in and found myself buying a red velvet cupcake. very very good.

beautiful bikes
my friend chiara let me ride her beautiful new red and cream pashley the other night.
despite it being absolutely freezing cold on the south bank, it made me resolve to get back on my bike in preparation for many summer outings and picnics. I have neglected it for a little while now.
now would also be a good time to big up bobbin bicycles which really is the best bike shop in london. where a friend of mine called Ted also works. they are all very nice.
