About

I’m a mama, strategist, writer, yoga enthusiast, nutrition geek and a south Londoner.

I became a mama in 2016, when the amazing little burst of energy that is our daughter decided to grace us with her presence. Becoming a parent, and a mother specifically, and all that entails – the experience of being pregnant, birth, learning how to parent and eventually working out what my new identity is – has massively shaped my thinking.

I write some of it down here and I regularly contribute articles to Natural Parent Magazine  often covering about pregnancy, birth, women’s identity and motherhood.

I’ve spent 10 years working at big London advertising agencies like iris, Dare and DDB and now I’m working as Strategy Director at Aesop Agency, a smaller independent agency that focusing on the power of story telling. You can find out more on my LinkedIn profile.

I’m a passionate believer and supporter of proactive health care for women and children leading me to study to become a registered Nutritional Therapist plus also become a KGH Hypnobirthing teacher and member of the Positive Birth Movement.
